DIAMONDS Voice Meeting.
On Wednesday we held a DIAMONDS Voice meeting in Leeds. Jen Brown, DIAMONDS programme manager, updated the group on the progress of the DIAMONDS randomised controlled trial!
Tanja Juhl Mikkelsen, a PhD Candidate at the Steno Diabetes Centre, Odense, Denmark also attended the meeting. Tanja talked to the group about the work she is doing in Denmark on a study similar to DIAMONDS, "A Participatory Design study - Improved diabetes care for patients with type 2 diabetes and schizophrenia."
This meeting was Claire Carswell's, our DIAMONDS Research Fellow, last meeting before she moves on to start her own Postdoctoral Fellowship on the 01st March. DIAMONDS Voice members are sad to see Claire leave and expressed their thanks for the work Claire has done over the last few years!
